By accessing and using EasierBudget ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. EasierBudget is operated from Australia and these Terms are governed by Australian law.

EasierBudget is an envelope budgeting application that helps users manage their finances by automatically calculating how to split bills across paychecks. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

The Service is a budgeting tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult your own financial advisor for such advice.

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of calculations, you are responsible for verifying all calculations and should not rely solely on the Service for financial decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY AUSTRALIAN LAW, INCLUDING THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW, EASIERBUDGET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasierBudget and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the State of Victoria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
